Urad Dal : 1 Kg (Minappappu)
 
Sugar : 1.1 Kg
Cashew nuts : 100gms
Ghee : 500gms
- Fry Urad dal in pan till the color changes to light brown color.
 - Grind the fried urad dal.
 - Grind sugar.
 - Mix urad dal powder and sugar in a bowl.
 - Take a little ghee and fry the cashew nuts in the ghee.
 - Mix the fried cashew nuts in the urad dal-Sugar mix.Heat the remaining ghee.
 - Pour the ghee in mixture and make round ladus immediately.
 - Ready…to EAT.
